homezone:
The homezone is the user specific environment of the user. The complete
structure is user centric, not accessible for other users. Basically
the homezone is just representing data. Data itself is stored in the
modules and therefore accessible for other team users. Basic functionality
of the homezone is to enable users an individual organization of data
generated in different teams. This covers the possibility to define
specific data structures as well as the individual tracking of changes
in the data. Clicking on an alias forces the change to the detail-view
of the specific module (contact, data, forum,
) and may force
the change of the team. This enables an easy access to data distributed
in different team accounts. |

team:
Within the team module the user is able to view the team settings.
The administrator/founder of the team is able to change the settings.
Basic settings are:
· Name of the team
· Description of the team
· Picture of the team e.g. logo
· Members of the team
Additionally to this the system give the status
of the team member which can be currently logged
in or not. Administrators are also able to
· invite new users or to delete the access of existing
user to the team and to
· delete the complete team account |
|
 |
mail:
Within the mail-module user is able to search for mails stored in
this team account (send and received) or to create new mails. Each
team owns his individual mail address. Additionally to this each user
owns an individual mail address. |
|
 |
contacts:
Within the contact module users and teams are able to set up individual
contact information database for persons and companies. The integration
of the contact and the mail data allows users to select mail recipients
addresses from the contact module.
A single contact can be send to a own homezone folder or to another
team users homezone inbox to track changes. Basically the owner/creator
of a contact is able to delete this. |
|
 |
data:
The data module enables the user to structure data in any way. Data
can be from the following type:
· File: File that can be uploaded to the server
· Text, date, number, Boolean: Entry of the User
· FTP: Complete (sub-) directory of any FTP-server
· SQL: SQL-query to a database
· WWW: Link to any web page
· Link: Link to another entry in the data structure
Objects in the data module are organized such as objects in other
module. Thus, users are able to administrate data under a team specific
root node. |
|
 |
forum:
The forum module enables the user to communicate in a topic and team
oriented way. Each user is able to create a threat or to create new
entries under a threat. Forums can be send to a own specific homezone
folder or to another users homezone inbox folder to track changes.
Basically the owner/creator of a threat is able to delete this. Single
entries can not be deleted. |
